Vectric Ltd. announces Aspire 3.5 and VCarve Pro6.5 software packages, which add features as well as expanding existing functions to improve work flow and design flexibility for CNC woodworkers. New tools with both Aspire and VCarve Pro include arc drawing, enhanced pass depth control on profile toolpaths and an option to directly print 2D and 3D images. The pass depth function allows users to specify the individual cut depths when profiling. Aspire's new 3D clip art browser speeds the creation of parts, says the manufacturer, while increasing the choices available for real-time 3D design. Updates are free to existing Aspire 3 and VCarve Pro 6 customers.
