MINNEAPOLIS — Donaldson Co. announced it has acquired the assets of LMC West, a Riverbank, CA-based manufacturer of industrial dust collection and filtration systems.
The acquisition expands Donaldson’s West Coast presence. LMC West had annual sales of approximately $10 million in 2007. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
