Watson Desking Group
, a provider of European-inspired office furnishings, has been accepted into the Environmental Protection Agency's Comprehensive Procurement Guideline Supplier Database, according to the
Kitsap Sun
. The database is a key component in the government's “buy recycled†program. Watson Desking has become one of 13 office furniture manufacturers designated by the EPA as a provider of recycled material workplace furnishing. It has also been recognized with the Federal Government's Evergreen Award and the Washington State Governor's Award for Sustainable Practices and Pollution Prevention.
