SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – WSI Machinery, a distributor of woodworking equipment throughout the Midwest, will highlight the 5-20hp range of RK air compressors at Wood Pro Expo Illinois. The two-day show will be co-located with the Closets Expo, April 18-19 at the Schaumburg Convention Center.

The RK line offers an integrated refrigerated compressed air solution. By consolidating the compressor and dryer into one unit, the RK eliminates the need for additional pipework, electrical connections, and the dryer itself, thereby saving floor space.
Integration also facilitates maintenance and safety. The units’ access panels make it easy to clean condenser coils and address any repairs. In addition, the compressors’ service valves ensure secure maintenance procedures between the receiver tank and the dryer module.

Every RK integrated unit features an electronic dryer controller, offering clear dewpoint indication and automated condensate drainage. The inclusion of a single-point condensate drain and digital dewpoint meter further enhance efficiency and convenience.

Utilizing an over-sized air-oil separator tank and Mann filtration, RK units ensure minimal oil carryover (less than 3ppm) and negligible pressure drop (less than 0.02 bar) to achieve the highest air quality standards.

In summary, WSI Machinery says RK's integrated compressor/dryer packages offer woodworking professionals a compact, efficient solution for consistent, dry, and clean compressed air.
