Cabinets & Closets Event on Target for Banner Year
Big Buzz at Cabinets & Closets Expo 2014 Opening Day

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL -- On the heels of the recent record turnout at 2015 Kitchen & Bath Show and the co-located builders, coverings and surfaces shows, 2015 Cabinets & Closets organizers said its upcoming industry event for the closet and custom cabinetry segments is also on track to be a banner year.

Cabinets & Closets is the largest storage solutions event for manufacturers, designers and specifiers of custom cabinets, closets, garages and other organization products. Woodworking Network -- the print and digital publication of the wood industry -- partners with the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals and the Cabinet Makers Association to host the event.

“By all indices, business is picking up in the wood and secondary wood markets such as closets and custom cabinetry,” said Laurel Didier, executive director, Woodworking Network, “Businesses know that it’s a good time to re-connect with customers and secure resources that will help them grow their business... trade events like Cabinets & Closets provide a great opportunity to do that.”

This year’s conference and expo will run April 14-16 at the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center just outside of Chicago.

Didier said the 2015 show in Chicago is on track to being the largest Cabinets and Closets Expo ever with more than 57 exhibitors currently on board. Sponsors and exhibitors include Timber Products, Stiles Machinery, Plus Closets, Osborne, CCF Industries, JB Cutting, Colonial Saw, Hafele America and many others. Expo attendees can participate in the first ever Cabinets & Closets Tool Zone, expo floor education presentations and Woodworking Networks awards program and networking reception.

The April 14 conference -- to be held the day before the Expo floor opens April 15-16 -- features three industry tracks: Closets, Custom Cabinets and Design. Conference attendees will also participate in a Peer2Peer lunch and post-conference reception.
