Call for applicants
The John D. Mineck Fellowship supports artists at a formative stage in their careers, when financial support can meaningfully expand what is possible.

Artists interested should consider:

  • Are you an emerging furniture maker building your first significant body of work?
  • Are you an early-career artist developing your studio practice and looking for support to take a major step forward, pursue a new project, or expand your work in meaningful ways?

Former fellows have gone on to become leading educators, studio artists, designers, and contributors to the broader field of craft and design.

Applications for the next John D. Mineck Fellowship cycle will open the week of June 15, 2026.
