Genesis Products launches EverCore composite countertop

GOSHEN, Ind. — Genesis Products has launched its new line of RV countertops featuring EverCore, a new high-performance composite countertop platform engineered to give RV manufacturers a premium alternative to traditional laminate and solid surface materials.

Designed specifically for the demands of the RV industry, EverCore combines upscale residential styling with extreme durability, lightweight performance, and manufacturing flexibility — helping OEMs elevate interiors while optimizing cost and production efficiency.

Built with an ultra-compressed composite core, EverCore delivers a waterproof, non-porous countertop solution that resists stains, impacts, scratches and everyday wear. Unlike traditional substrates, EverCore eliminates the need for additional backing material, reducing complexity while improving long-term performance.

EverCore is available in Genesis’ curated UltraFoil HPL finishes, featuring modern stone visuals, realistic woodgrains and contemporary matte designs aligned with today’s residential-inspired interiors.

Kam Betzer, product manager at Genesis Products, said, “EverCore gives manufacturers a premium-looking countertop solution that performs at a level well beyond current substrates, while also improving manufacturing flexibility. OEMs are looking for materials that balance aesthetics, durability, sustainability and cost efficiency. EverCore was developed specifically to meet those expectations.”

EverCore panels can be cut, drilled and machined using standard woodworking equipment, and are suitable for undermount applications.

Available in thicknesses from 1/4 inch to 1 inch and slab sizes up to 60 inches by 144 inches, EverCore provides greater yield optimization and design flexibility than many traditional solid surface alternatives.

With the addition of EverCore, Genesis now offers a complete countertop program, including pressed laminate and solid surface, giving OEMs the ideal solution for every application.
