NeoCon 2026 and the nearby, related event, Design Days, showcased floor after floor of beautiful products, including fine wood office furniture, architectural acoustic panels, natural wood wall solutions, and so much more. Besides its beauty, wood was heavily highlighted for its biophilic design and sustainability.
The show's highlighted premier wood products and furniture manufacturers spanning corporate, contract, and hospitality spaces. Key exhibitors feature sustainable solid wood, custom architectural millwork, and innovative wood-based designs.
Here is a look at some of the wood-based products showcased at NeoCon 2026 and Design Days.
Wood furniture and wood products manufacturers were major winners of awards at the show. Davis Furniture, for example, took home six Best of NeoCon Awards as well as a HiP award from Interior Design magazine.
Davis' Tiago Collection, a family of chairs and barstools developed in collaboration with German design studio Kaschkasch, one of the studio’s first two product lines created with Davis. Tiago reflects a shared focus on material integrity, purposeful construction, and a strong emphasis on joinery.
The frame is crafted from solid oak hardwood, precision-milled using advanced 5-axis CNC machining to ensure consistency and continuity between components. Joinery is executed through traditional mortise and tenon construction, providing long-term strength while maintaining a restrained, minimal presence. Each element is resolved to support durability without adding visual weight.
The seat and back are formed from multi-ply bent plywood, shaped under heat and pressure to achieve smooth, supportive contours. Finished in Rift Cut Oak veneer, these components are carefully matched to the solid-wood frame to achieve a cohesive material expression.
“Tiago reflects a highly disciplined approach to construction, where the relationship between components defines the overall expression,” said Rob Easton, vice president of design and development at Davis Furniture. “From the joinery to the transition between solid wood and molded plywood, every decision contributes to a chair that feels both resolved and intuitive in use.”
Halcon, celebrated for exquisite, high-end wood casegoods and conference furniture, recognized in the 2026 Innovation Awards. In addition to winning Best of NeoCon awards, it was also chosen by attendees as a Gold Award winner in the Peoples Choice competition with its Vesper line.
At the core of the collection is a refined four-legged height-adjustable desk engineered to support premium surface materials — including 2cm stone — while maintaining a visually light architectural presence. Integrated power and technology are seamlessly concealed within the structure, preserving the purity of the design language.
Materiality played a defining role throughout the development of the collection. Designers can specify an expansive palette of materials and finishes, including wood, metal, glass, and stone, allowing each installation to feel bespoke while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity. Book-matched veneers, honed stone, softened reflections, and minimal visible hardware reinforce the collection’s quiet sophistication.
Mantra Inspired Furniture + Created Hardwood: Showcased woman-owned, solid American hardwood furniture focusing on long-lasting durability and domestic craftsmanship.
Mantra Inspired Furniture unveiled four new product introductions at NeoCon 2026, expanding its portfolio of solid hardwood furniture designed to support evolving workplace, hospitality, and collaborative environments.
The new launches include the Canopy Table, Rooted Table Collection, Rally Convertible Meeting Table, and Basin Height-Adjustable Coffee Table with a new Facet Edge detail. Together, the introductions reflect Mantra’s ongoing commitment to creating furniture that is durable, repairable, adaptable, and rooted in the natural beauty of American hardwood.
“Each of these products explores a different aspect of how people gather, work, connect, and move through space,” said Susan Pilato, Founder and CEO of Mantra Inspired Furniture. “What unites them is our belief that furniture should be built to last, crafted from honest materials, and designed to evolve alongside the people who use it.”
WVH, a supplier of premium wood surface design for over 50 years, introduced ALMA, an innovative system of acoustical architectural wall panels created in collaboration with Mexican-born multidisciplinary designer Alfonso Verduzco. The line was a Gold Award winner in the Interior Products and Solutions: Wall Treatments category.
Inspired by Mexico’s rich material heritage and the enduring relationship between material, craft, and space, the collection explores how the region’s cultural and architectural identity can be reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
For the inaugural launch, the nine-part series debuts with three carefully considered designs: Sagrado, Sendero, and Reflejo—each a distinct expression of native, organic materiality and WVH’s signature craftsmanship.
ALMA, meaning “soul” in Spanish, reflects a philosophy where structural elements embody physical presence, tactile depth, and material intelligence. Translating historical references, landmarks, and craft traditions into a functional modern format, each panel is conceived as integrated architectural composition. Grounded in material honesty and acoustic performance, the panel systems function as structural design features rather than a superficial applied finish—allowing texture, light and rhythm to work in tandem to transform walls into meaningful spatial experiences. ALMA is conceived as architecture rather than decoration, transforming walls from background surfaces into defining elements of space.
“I believe materials carry history,” says Verduzco. “When we design them honestly, a wall becomes more than a surface; it becomes part of the architecture.”
Tuohy Furniture Corporation showcased upscale wood executive and lounge furnishings designed for flexible, modern workspaces. Among the many items displayed was the Fargo Conference & Credenza Collection. This sophisticated addition to the Tuohy lineup features signature miter-fold construction that highlights the continuous wood veneer matched across the top and sides.
