Techniks offers a wide range of Aggregate Heads in stock, designed to perform routing, drilling, sawing, mortising, sanding and many other operations on a CNC Router. The Aggregate Heads are also designed to combine operations and increase productivity, says Techniks. In addition to Techniks stock aggregates for a wide range of applications, the company will build custom aggregates to a user’s requirements at no additional cost. Techniks says it aggregate heads are individually hand-assembled by expert technicians using quality components. After a 30-minute test run each aggregate is disassembled and completely checked for any quality issues. When the technician is satisfied with the build quality, the aggregate head is reassembled, factory sealed and signed with a quality certification.
