Features on the FW 850 classic include: pre- and fine sanding in one working process; brushing equipment, contact roller aggregate; digital grain compensation; a fine sanding unit with a segmented, electro-pneumatic sanding pad (25mm segment width); and a vacuum table including a ventilator. It has a variable feed speed of 2.5–18 m/min.
