Educational sessions devoted to cabinet manufacturing and design will be one of four educational tracks presented November 2 and November 3, the first two days of WMS 2017, Canada's largest event for the wood products manufacturing industries. Show planners are working in conjunction with the Canadian Kitchen Cabinet Association to develop seminar topics, which will be announced in early 2017. CKCA is again partnering with WMS in planning the 2017 show.
Additional tracks will include finishing, panel, and hardware trends, as well as small shop best practices.
WMS management recently conducted a survey of past attendees that probed their interest in a variety of topics and issues.
"Our survey respondents told us overwhelmingly that they want more information on new technology, and best practices," said Harry Urban, Business Development Director for WMS 2017.  "Another topic in high demand was finishing."
