The Dynafile abrasive belt machine grinds, deburrs, blends and finishes normally inaccessible areas on metal, plastic, fiberglass and other composites. More than 30 interchangeable contact arms are available for a wide range of applications. The Dynafile uses coated abrasive belts 1/2 in., 1/4 in. or 1/8 in. wide by 24 in. long. The 20,000 RPM tool weighs only 3 lbs, and the lightweight, composite housing reduces vibration and is thermally insulated to prevent cold air transmission to the operator’s hands.
