The Techniks AirPRO offers a solution to removing dust and dust build up in nested cuts. The AirPRO attaches to the tool holder and is powered by the spindle, offering an effective solution to CNC router dust contamination, says the company. It floats directly above the cut and produces an air stream to remove dust and chips. AirPRO works with an existing dust collection system and it can extend tool life up to 30 percent while reducing labor costs, adds Techniks. It removes airborne dust, dust on a workpiece and dust collected on floors, says the company, resulting in less clean up and a cleaner work environment. AirPRO works with standard router bits and ER32,  ER40 or SYOZ25 collet chucks.
