TAMPA, Fla. - Custom millwork firm Millwork 360 has been acquired by Texas-based building product manufacturer The Marwin Company.

“We are very excited to have Mike Williams and his team become part of The Marwin Company," said Marwin CEO Andy Davis. "Millwork 360 has a great line of high-end door and moulding products that we believe our customers will greatly value.”

Marwin says the acquisition will allow for a more robust product offering as well as enhanced manufacturing and distribution capabilities.

“We look forward to working with the Marwin team," said Millwork 360 president Mike Williams. "Marwin’s extensive distribution reach should enable us to accelerate growth beyond what we have been able to do on our own.”

Millwork 360's primary products are doors and custom mouldings for residential and commercial projects. The company runs an 80,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Florida and employs 55 workers.

Marwin manufactures and supplies products for the single and multi-family new construction markets, including folding attic stairways and attic access products, and pocket door frames.
