Family-owned Chandler Cabinets has been in the cabinet business for 40 years, yet is now at the peak of its growth. The Pilot Point, Texas, factory, which serves Northern Texas as well as the Austin area, makes all of its own cabinets and components, and also offers its own finishes.

"We make all of our own doors, drawers, moldings, and offer factory paint and stain finishes," says Josh Chandler, who helps run the company.

Chandler employs 185 at its 60,000 sq. ft., multi-shop facility, and builds cabinets for approximately 10-14 homes per day. The company grossed $20 million in revenue last year, and is set to surpass that number for 2016.

Chandler Cabinets was founded by Buster Chandler and is currently run by him and his two sons, Josh and Coby. The company is celebrating its 40th anniversary in the cabinetmaking business.
