For garage cabinet assembly, Lamello offers Cabineo connectors that are tapped into the routed pocket of components produced on nested-based CNC routers.

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. -- Lamello USA, a division of Colonial Saw, will showcase joinery solutions for closet applications at the Closets Expo, co-located with Wood Pro Expo Illinois.

The Clamex P-14 is a nearly invisible, detachable two-part connector with an installation depth of 14mm and 3mm of lateral adjustability. Among its uses, Clamex P-14 can connect components to make L-shaped corner shelving. The company says Clamex eliminates edgebanding and trimming by hand, which not only saves labor but eliminates glue lines. In addition, using Clamex P-14 can result in material savings of up to 50% better yield.

Like Clamex P-14, the P-System can be applied using Lamello’s Zeta P2 biscuit joiner available in cord and cordless models. Securely clamp connecting Crown moulding onsite is just one example of how P System joinery can be used.

For garage cabinet assembly, Lamello offers Cabineo. Cabineo connectors are tapped into the routed pocket of components produced on nested-based CNC routers. All components can be delivered flat pack to the jobsite where cabinet components are joined together by screwing into a mating 5mm shelf pin hole with nearly 200 pounds of clamping force.
