The International Interior Design Association's (IIDA) named the winners of the 19th annual 2023 IIDA Showroom and Booth Design Competition during the NeoCon Show..

The four winning showrooms and booths at NeoCoon 2023 were judged in four categories: large and small showrooms, those above and below 4,000 square feet; and large and small booths, those above and below 400 square feet.

The Best of Competition award was presented to Turf for its large showroom. The showroom also was named the winner in that category.

Other winners were Portland, Oregon-based Hightower, which won in the small showroom category, Mizetto Design in Chicago that won for the Large Booth category, and FSorb Design in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for the small booth category.

“There is so much thought that must go into these unique, clever spaces,” said Jill Dexter, IIDA, RID, a Stantec Associate and Interior Designer speaking with Furniture, Lighting & Decor,. “Each winner exemplifies the bright future of our industry and wowed us on how every inch of space must celebrate and spotlight the product while captivating and motivating the visitor to engage all at once.”

Judging Criteria:

Originality of design, visual impact, effective use of materials, use of space (creativity, product accessibility, etc.), use of color and textures, lighting, and graphics.

Winners were honored at NeoCon 2023 and will be featured on IIDA.org.
