LINDSTROM, Minn. -- Registration is open for the Wood Component Manufacturers Association’s 2018 Fall Conference and Plant Tour event. It will take place October 8-10, 2018, in Wausau, Wisconsin. The conference is an opportunity for wood component and dimension manufacturers and manufacturers and importers of woodworking machinery and equipment to network, make contacts, and learn more about industry trends.

The two-day program features tours of six manufacturing plants and one technical school in the Wausau area, two educational sessions, and excellent opportunities to network with your peers and collaborate on innovative ways to manage your business. Guy Bucey, with Inova, will give the keynote presentation.

A highlight of the annual conference will be the offsite plant tours to nearby manufacturing locations on Tuesday, October 9, and Wednesday, October 10. The plants being toured are: Kolbe & Kolbe Windows, Menzner Lumber & Supply Co., Counter-Form, Weather Shield Windows and Doors, Wausau Homes, and Kretz Lumber Co.
