Costa bringing widebelt sanding expertise to WPE Florida

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Representatives of Costa Sanders LLC, a manufacturer of widebelt sanders, will be on hand to discuss custom sanding solutions for wood product manufacturers at Wood Pro Expo Florida, co-located with the Closets Conference & Expo.

Costa Sanders' product lines for woodworking range from planing and calibrating solid and composite wood materials to finish sanding and brushing white wood and lacquer products. The company also offers technologies for producing decorative effects on wood and composite surfaces. Costa’s diverse product offering can fit the needs of custom woodworking shops through high-volume manufacturing operations.

The Costa S Series machine family’s modularity allows tailoring of the frame, abrasive sizes, and power to a manufacturer’s production level. Costa S Series widebelt sanders are available in 10 working widths ranging from 350mm to 3,200mm. Available working units include: 

  • Cross belt;
  • Contact cylinders;
  • Electronic pads (sectioned or singular);
  • Superfinish system on pad units;
  • Brushing units for performing a variety of applications;
  • Denibbing brushes and cleaning systems for static electricity and dust removal.

Costa operates a showroom and parts warehouse in Archdale, N.C.

About the 2021 Closets Conference & Expo and Wood Pro Expo Florida
The Closets Conference & Expo is the annual national event for closet and home storage professionals. It is co-located with Wood Pro Expo Florida (WPE), a regional marketplace for the woodworking professionals. The events are organized by Closets & Organized Storage and FDMC magazines respectively, each part of Woodworking Network. The twin-billing event is scheduled for June 8-10, 2021, at the Palm Beach Convention Center in Palm Beach, Fla.
