Lockdowel to demo fast cabinet box and drawer assembly at Wood Pro Expo IL
Lockdowel Channel Lock system for drawer box assembly

Lockdowel's Channel Lock facilitates fast and easy assembly of drawer boxes for any closet or cabinet design.

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – Lockdowel, well known for its invisible fastening systems for assembling cabinets, drawer boxes, and furniture, will demonstrate its products, including the new Channel Lock, at Wood Pro Expo Illinois, co-located with the Closets Expo, April 18-19, 2024.

Channel Lock facilitates fast and easy assembly of drawer boxes for any closet or cabinet design and more. No glue, screws, or clamps are required. Instead, the Channel Lock system utilizes keyhole slots routed on a CNC machine to join cabinet parts together with a friction grip.

Because panels assemble so quickly and easily, Lockdowel says the need to train employees is virtually eliminated. Channel Lock saves time, labor, and freight costs with flat packing for on-the-site assembly. (See video below.)
