MANHEIM, Pa. – Green-Fast-Cure (GFC), a specialist in infrared catalytic technology for curing any liquid coating from the inside out, will display its new Easy Flow System at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster, Oct.13-14..

GFC says the Easy Flow System “creates customized pathways within your facility's floor plan to reduce the handling of products that are ready for the drying process.” The end result, the company adds, is a simplified process that frees employees “to focus on more productive tasks than moving carts around.”

The Easy Flow track system is made of steel and UHMW material, in combination with a Pintle Chain along with a variable speed motor that loops itself. Flexible paths with a standard 60" curving radius or straight runs can be created.

Easy Track's cart pins are designed to be easily installed on any existing cart.

Other features of the Easy Flow System include:

  • Unique cart pins that are designed to easily install on any existing carts. Guide and tow pins integrate to the Easy Flow System for smooth transporting of carts. Ratcheting tips allow for easy manual advancement of the carts.
  • The 0.5-hp variable speed motor and gearbox move carts throughout the process at a steady, customizable pace of up to 12 ft per minute. The motor and lifetime lubricated gearbox are made in the USA.
  • The system can be set up with sensors that provide audio and/or visual cues for finish time.

The Easy Flow System easily integrates with GFC's plug-and-play catalytic heaters. The flameless combustion produced by the GFC products emits medium wave infrared radiation that drives solvents and water outward.
