MANHEIM, Pa. -- Is your woodworking operation experiencing open glue joints or blotchy finishes? Do you need help with improving lumber yield or controlling moisture content?

Those are just a few of the common ailments long-time, popular FDMC columnist Dr. Eugene Wengert will address at the Wood Pro Expo Lancaster (WPEL) conference. Wengert, aka “The Wood Doctor,” will share his years of experience and wisdom during his presentation, "The Wood Doctor Is in," scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at the Warehouse Hotel at the Nook. Wengert will prescribe remedies needed in a post-pandemic recovery that faces a new wave of supply chain and economic challenges.

Wengert's opening day presentation will be followed by "Getting Started in the Closets Market," presented by Leland Thomasset, Taghkanic Woodworking/Pawling Closets.
