Prior to the cancellation of IWF, Elias Woodwork had planned to launch several new products at the show, including trendy new paint colors added to the company’s solid color collection, two new thermofoil door styles, and the Precision Series slim frame Shaker doors, a collection of six new door styles featuring a very narrow frame fixed to a 3/4-inch panel for a streamlined modern door style. Also on tap to be featured, the recently released five-piece laminate (polyester) door style and color options.

“Our Customer Service Specialists have increased their efforts to reach out to customers and offer product samples and assistance with any needs they have,” said Yvonne Peters, marketing manager. “With travel being restricted, we have also utilized video meetings to keep face-to-face contact with customers,” she added.

As the North American industry looks to ramp up and retool in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, Peters said, “Elias Woodwork can help shops with outsourcing as they struggle to get back on their feet and bring back workers. As a supplier, we can increase their capacity and produce the kitchen components for their customers’ needs which will give them the opportunity to increase their profits and rise at their own sales pace without additional overhead expenses.”

She continued, “Our customers are encouraged to take this time to update their samples with our latest trending colors and new product offerings. We also help them learn how to streamline their ordering process with Access Now, which in turn will create more efficiency and accuracy with their future orders. Our sales team is dedicated to ensuring customers receive the quality products and services they need to succeed.”
