MALVERN, Penn. — Saint-Gobain has completed the sale of its US CertainTeed Fence, Railing and Decking Business (FRD), to Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company.

The FRD business generated sales of around €60 million ($64.8 million) in 2022, with two industrial locations in the Buffalo, New York, and Orem, Utah, areas, employing approximately 210 people.

These divestments are part of Saint-Gobain’s continued business profile optimization strategy, in line with its “Grow & Impact” plan.
