WMCO slates plant tour focus group event at ONbord Doors

The ONboard operates in an 80,000-square-foot facility.

HANOVER, Ontario – Members of the Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario will tour ONbord Doors & Processed Panels of Mississauga, on Jan. 31.

Onbord has been producing top-notch thermal laminate cabinet doors, edge-banded doors, laminated panels, mouldings, and furniture components since 2019. The company operates in an 80,000-square-foot facility that includes CNC machines, thermofoil presses, drilling equipment, moulders and profile wrapping equipment.

WMCO’s plant tour focus group event will focus on automation, continuous improvement, and digital integration. The focus group element of the event will allow participants to see experience common challenges and shared solutions.

The tour will begin at 10 a.m. and includes a lunch debrief. 

While this is a WMCO manufacturing members-only event, qualified manufacturers can participate by joining the WMCO before the event. In addition, WMCO associate members can attend the event provided they register a manufacturing non-member to accompany them.
