GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Stiles Machinery Inc. was proud to award Bruce King of BKFine Woodwork an Ironwood shaper in November, 2010. Mr. King was the winner of the grand prize raffle drawing at the AWI National Convention in Denver, CO on October 29th.

“Introducing the Ironwood shaper in this venue was very exciting,” said Stephan Waltman, VP of Sales & Marketing at Stiles. “The AWI is a group focused on excellence, making this a really good fit. And Bruce was absolutely elated about winning the machine, and anxious to put it to good use in his shop.”

Stiles introduced the Ironwood series of spindle shapers earlier this year as part of their classical machine line. The FX750 model provided to BKFine is a fixed spindle machine with a 1-1/4” interchangeable spindle, 6-1/4” spindle capacity under the nut, and 5 speeds.
