COMMERCE, CA – Entry forms are due Friday, April 30, for the Association of Woodworking and Furnishings Suppliers’ contest to design the promotional poster for the 2011 Fresh Wood Competition.
The Fresh Wood Competition is a biennial student furniture design contest held at the AWFS Fair in Las Vegas, NV, next scheduled for July 20-23, 2011.
The poster contest is open to high school and post secondary graphic art/design students, and carries a $500 prize for the individual whose artwork is selected for reproduction on the poster. While entry forms are due this Friday, the deadline for final artwork is Friday, May 14.
