HOLLAND, Mich. -- Balanced Enterprise Solutions LLC, parent company of Evans Machinery Co. and Ritter Machinery Co., announced that it has acquired the countertop/postforming machinery division of Midwest Automation in Minneapolis.

The purchase will serve to expand Evans Machinery’s offerings to customers in the countertop production industry through North and Central America under the name Evans Midwest.

The Evans Machinery line has served smaller countertop shops in the past, and this acquisition allows Evans to enhance their offerings to more automated, high volume customers.

As of the time of this announcement, all production of the Midwest brand of countertop and postforming machinery is being moved to Balanced Enterprise Solutions’s production location in Holland, Michigan.

Balanced Enterprise Solutions has expanded and developed its production and sales of domestic woodworking machinery through the acquisition of the Evans Machinery Co. and Ritter Machinery Co. brands.

Since acquiring Evans in 2014, they have updated the entire line of machines adding automation with direct input of industry leaders.
