Got $20 million? Phoenix house with million dollar closet for sale

The Paradise Valley estate known for its eclectic interior design, million-dollar closet, and award-winning garden was listed last month with a $20 million price tag.

A Phoenix-area estate is up for sale with a cool $20 million price tag. The house's features include a $1 million closet.

The 17,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom,10-bathroom estate estate in Paradise Valley, Ariz., about 15 miles northeast of Phoenix. The home, recently highlighted in the Wall Street Journal, has seven bedrooms, a theater, a wood-paneled library and a wellness area with a gym, according to the report.

One of the most prominent features is the closet. 

In the master suite, Tracy Katz, the owner along with her husband, Jeff, expanded her closet to roughly 1,800 square feet and wrapped it in gold leaf. The boasts separate bathrooms and a massive gold-leaf trimmed closet that cost more than $1 million to create, according to the listing.

"It's honestly the most beautiful closet I've ever been in," she told the WSJ. It has a three-way mirror for her tailor and a cedar closet for cashmere.
