RICE, Minn. - Veneered millwork and hardwood moulding manufacturer Ferche Millwork has been acquired by the Hoffman Family of Companies. Hoffmann is a Florida-based investment and real estate company.

Ferche operates a manufacturing plant in Rice, Minnesota and an 87-acre lumber yard in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. The 63-year-old company makes more than 13,000 products per year, primarily hardwood mouldings and veneered products.

“The dedication, workmanship and employees of Ferche Millwork are what drew us to the company," said Hoffman CEO David Hoffmann. "We look first at the leadership before anything else when determining our business acquisitions.  Ferche Millwork makes an outstanding high-quality product and we’re honored to have them joining the family.”

Ferche will keep its leadership and all of its employees, said Hoffmann - and is currently hiring.

Hoffmann has more than 170 operations around the world. https://hoffmannfamilyofcompanies.com/story/
