MONROE, MI – Residential furniture manufacturer La-Z-Boy Inc. launched a new online storefront, which was developed by Fry Inc., an e-commerce solutions provider.
In addition to the online sales channel offered by La-Z-Boy’s site, Fry created and implemented a new multi-channel order management system and a customer call center application for La-Z-Boy.
“Our goal is to offer customers the convenience of online furniture shopping and the service of a local store,” said Doug Collier, chief marketing officer of La-Z-Boy. “With the La-Z-Boy storefront we can continue to deliver the outstanding product selection and shopping experience we’re known for wherever our customers choose to shop.”
