NEW VINEYARD, ME – Maine Wood Turning Inc. and American Pride LLC announced the formation of their new parent company, Maine Wood Concepts. 

The company will market its divisions and brands under the Maine Wood Concepts name, including the company’s sawmill, wood turning, moulding and finishing divisions, American Pride and Maine Wood Turning. Also included is the Lutzâ File & Tool Co., which offers a full range of wooden file handles and file cleaners, and the company’s flooring division that produces unfinished hardwood flooring sold under the brand name Nature’s Cutä.
