DENVER — ProBuild Holdings Inc., a supplier of building materials, on June 18 announced that it has appointed Bill Myrick as COO.

Myrick joined ProBuild in February 2007, and previously served as president of the company’s Strategic Initiatives group and had responsibility for supply chain, manufacturing, gypsum and market development.
