Sauder to Manufacture Components for Ikea

ARCHBOLD, OH – Sauder Woodworking Co., a manufacturer of residential and ready to assemble furniture, plans to start manufacturing frames and shelves for kitchen cabinetry sold by Ikea, according to The Toledo Blade. Sauder President and CEO Kevin Sauder said the contract resulted from seven months of working with Ikea on specifications for the components, which were made in Eastern Europe until now.
