CHANDLER, Ariz. - Custom cabinet firm SOLLiD Cabinetry has opened a 251,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Arizona.

With around six acres under roof, the facility also features 50,000 square feet of office space, a two-story lobby, and large break rooms with lounge tables, ping pong tables, and billiards.

The facility was designed by LGE Design Build, a full-service design and general contracting firm.

“The collaboration between our design and construction teams, along with the City of Chandler and SOLLiD, allowed us to work together to create a timeless space that’s truly one-of-a-kind," said LGE Design director Aaron Call.

"All cabinetry in the facility was provided by SOLLiD to further exhibit their capabilities and product line," Call continued. "The idea was to extend their showroom throughout the office areas. What you can’t see, but is equally impressive, is the dust control system from Germany which is roughly 4,600 square feet, enclosed in its own yard with two-story structural steel and a perforated metal skin to screen the system."

Founded in 2008, SOLLiD manufacturers custom framed and frameless cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and offices. The company previously operated out of an 85,000-square-foot plant.
