Zepsa Industries announces Steve Ballenger will become president effective Jan. 1. Ballenger has been the longtime National Business Development manager at the major architectural woodwork firm.

"Steve brings 30 years of experience to this position. He has worked on the shop floor, on installation crews, as a detailer producing shop drawings, and as a project manager. We very much look forward to the future and Steve's involvement in all aspects of running Zepsa Industries," said Brian Zepsa.

"Peter and I will continue our involvement and executive oversight in Zepsa Industries. However, the addition of Steve as operating president will allow us to better plan and design a bigger and better future for Zepsa Industries."

The company also announced David Baron will take over the position of vice president of National Business Development. "We have known David for decades as he was integral in helping his former high-end custom window company become an industry leader on the national stage. We are confident he will seamlessly fit into this new position within our company and be extremely successful," Zepsa said.

Baron has risen through the ranks since joining the company several years ago as Northeast regional manager. "David’s familiarity with the market we work in and the challenges of coordinating and executing projects at the highest level, make him the perfect choice for this key position," Zepsa added.
