Acoustic panel manufacturing
Vitap takes the mystery out of acoustic panel manufacturing. Available from JKL Machinery, the process starts with the Vitap Micra micro perforation machine which can punch up to 2,330 holes in the panel surface with each punch, followed by the Point Acoustic gang drilling machine which can drill up to 110 sound chambers at one time. Users can choose micro perforations from 0.5mm to 1mm and sound chambers from 5mm to 30mm.
