Available from NuTek Machinery, Ott edgebanders produce a precision-controlled, invisible PUR glue joint that won’t expand or contract over time, for a highly water-resistant edge. They are also available with EVA glue pots. All Ott edgebanders come with diamond tooled pre-mill stations and workstations are servo-controlled to eliminate operator set up. High-speed servo motors that adjust the workstations between panels, allowing multiple panels with different edges and contours to occupy the feed belt simultaneously. Return systems and automatic stacking stations fully integrated with the PLC are optional, the company adds. The Ott line ranges from the 18.5-foot Pacific to the dual glue station TopEdge.  Ott has produced edgebanders in Lambach, Austria since 1963.
