Biesse America says that with a productivity level of up to 16 cycles/minute, Advantage is ideally suited for medium- to high-speed machining lines where the secure and safe separation of the panels from the stacks is fundamental. A mechanical panel detacher enables Advantage to detach any type of panel, including laminated panels, raw chipboard panels, honeycomb panels and uncoated MDF panels (in single and double rows), Biesse says.  Completely automatic, Advantage can be configured with one or two feeding positions, both lengthwise and crosswise, for flexibility in processing panels of varying dimensions, the company adds.
