Available from Mereen-Johnson, the Scout Loader is a fully automated feeder designed to directly offload lumber from bunks to the Rip Navigator Scout Optimizing system for efficient and flexible production. The system features a compact footprint and is designed to save labor, streamline production, reduce material handling damage, and transfer each layer of boards through a vacuum assist without destabilizing the bunk. Partially used bunks can be returned to stock once production needs are met.
