Accurate Technology offers nine different ProScale general purpose linear measuring systems with either absolute or incremental technology. The company says the absolute measuring systems will not lose position due to signal interruption or power loss, but the incremental technology measuring systems might. The absolute systems are limited to slew rates of 10 inches/second without customization, while the incremental systems are limited to slew rates of 80 inches/second. 2D and 3D CAD files are available for all models, which include 150, 150G, 250, 250G, 190, 290, 390, 550, and 590. While multiple encoders can be used on a single scale, the encoder type must match the scale type.
