QuickWood's PRO-QRC is a new brushing machine model that combines two machines in one allowing it to be equipped with one head of the PRO type with two cylindrical brushes and one head of the QRC type with two rows of seven rotating cup brushes. The counter rotating cylindrical brushes allow for a symmetrical brush effect with a variable speed of 300-1250 rpm while the cup brushes rotate in the same direction with a speed of 100-1200 rpm. The PRO’s machine frame has been elongated to house the module QRC and features an optional color touchscreen with PLC system for visual control of the machine along with programing capability to allow for storage and retreval of preprogramed machine operational parameters. It also features a vacuum chamber automatic sensor and an inverter on the vacuum motor.
