Rapid trigger air valve technology

Krautzberger says its patent-pending Rapid Trigger Air Valve Technology offers high precision and material savings. With a switching frequency of up to 30 Hz, the pre and post air control technology allows for faster on / off switching performance, reducing overspray, and minimizing the material used by quickly producing the fan pattern close to the workpiece. Air volume is increased by 60% so even highly viscous material can be atomized. The technology is available in the Mikro XSmv and the air-assisted airless DUO A 22.
