Mereen-Johnson's Model 1101 CNC single-spindle dovetailer features a large touch-screen interface that allows the operator to create a variety of custom dovetail joints that can be saved and recalled for later use. The dovetailer features a high-speed spindle and cutting profiles, and four work areas with separate clamping to allow fronts, backs, and sides to be clamped at the same time. It also features adjustability of the joint fit provided through cutter compensation and operator-controlled clamping. It has a capacity for up to 13.5-inch high drawers (4 zone use) and 28-inch drawers (dual-zone use), and 1/4 to 1-3/4 inch material thickness.
