DRUMMONDVILLE, Quebec – Sugatsune Canada will showcase products for specialty doors of various sizes and end uses at Salon Industriel du Bois Ouvré (SIBO).

Examples include:

The LIN-X800 is a lateral door opening system for medium- to large-sized doors. The soft-close system provides a unique space-saving solution and full entry to the inner cabinet. The LIN-X800’s lateral motion requires a smaller radius of opening compared to standard swing doors. The LIN-X800 is ideally used for doors weighing up to 88 lbs. for the pantry, closet entryway, storage, or hidden rooms. The walk-in closet effect can be created by using medium-sized double doors. Additionally, the LIN-X800H can be used for luxury interiors to take advantage of higher ceiling heights with elongated doors up to 117 5/16" tall. View Technical Sheet.

Sugatsune J-95 hinge
The J95 series heavy-duty concealed hinge is available for 1" overlay, 5/8" overlay, and inset panels.

The J95 series heavy-duty concealed hinge eliminates the need to use five or more standard Euro hinges in cabinets or furniture. They feature clip-on type installation and 3-way adjustability for time and cost efficiency, while also providing a better overall aesthetic. Options are available for 1″ overlay, 5/8″ overlay, and inset panels in nickel or black nickel finishes. They can be used on wood or glass panels with decorative faceplates to add an elegant look on any project including wide, heavy custom door applications such as large cabinets and furniture, glass display cases, or enclosures. View Technical Sheet.

Sugatsune door straighteners
Sugatsune's door straighteners are designed to prevent the warping of tall doors.

Sugatsune’s door straighteners -- models DSR213, DSR423 and DSR403 -- are installed at the time of manufacturing to prevent warping. They are available for recessed and concealed installation. In addition, the DSR701 can be retrofitted to fix warped doors with model DSR701. The unit can be recessed or surface mounted onto doors. View Technical Sheet.
