MANHEIM, Pa. – Martin’s Woodworking Machinery announced the 11th-hour addition of the Cadsadei E550 PMCR edgebander to its exhibit booth at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster.

The Casadei E550 PMCR edgebander is designed for applying edges up to 50mm high and 3mm thick from coils or 5mm thick solid wood lippings as strips at 9m/minute.

In addition to being easy to use, the machine’s 7" touchscreen control can quickly switch between functions showing the operator a representation of the panel graphically.

The edgebander has pre-milling with diamond tools standard, automatic front/rear cut-off saw, flush trim, corner rounding, and a wide range of options including:

• infrared panel heating,
• profile scraping,
• glue scraping,
• spray polishing compound, and
• buffing on both sides of workpiece.
