WMCO slates Dec. 14 Lean Training series orientation webinar

Hanover, Ontario – The Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario (WMCO) will present a free live-stream informational session for a new Lean Training Program series 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14.

The series again partners the WMCO and Lean Advisors. It will begin on Jan. 25, 2024.

Julia Novak, president of Lean Advisors, will lead the informational session that will address the structure and goals of the Lean Training series. In addition, Novik will discuss the benefits of participating in the series including how to bring lean culture into an organization, empowering employees with sophisticated tools and the guidance of seasoned lean facilitators, and how to adopt best lean practices.
