NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa — CCI Media, the owner of Woodworking Network, has named Ryan Wagner as the incoming publisher for FDMC magazine. 

Ryan will succeed Harry Urban, who will be retiring at the end of this year after a successful career spanning more than four decades in the wood industry.

Ryan launched his career in the publishing industry in 2006 with Bedford Falls Communications selling advertising and sponsorships for Surface & Panel magazine. He developed a passion for woodworking and panel processing and became the vice president of sales & marketing and associate publisher.  Ryan has 14 years of experience publishing magazines, managing trade shows and conferences, and managing digital media.

Most recently Ryan has worked for Quest Engineering, a leader in kitchen and closet manufacturing, and Greywolf Partners, a commercial real estate developer in Wisconsin.
