Northway Industries has named Elwyn Peachey as its new president.

The Northway Industries, Inc. board of directors has named Elwyn Peachey as its new president effective January 2021. Peachey brings leadership experience and a passion for excellence in manufacturing to his new role with the company. He succeeds Donald O’Hora who remains CEO and chairman of the board.

“Our board of directors is thrilled to introduce a leader of Elwyn’s caliber and excited about this new era for Northway,” said Don O’Hora. “Elwyn possesses the qualifications and expertise to grow Northway into an even greater, more successful company.”

Peachey’s tenure at Northway spans more than 28 years. He has experience in all areas of the company including production, administration and sales, most recently serving as vice president of sales and customer experience. Peachey has been a lean manufacturing champion and an early adopter of Northway’s transformation to mass customization in the early 2000s. He has been a leader in the development of new technology and information systems. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been invaluable in Northway’s growth.

Peachey is in the process of filling his former position with a new sales director.  In the meantime, Elwyn will continue supporting customer inquiries and coordinating sales activities during the transition. See www.northwayind.com
