The Power-Pin is the first drill and dowel machine by Holz-Her. This new innovation by Holz-Her has been highly anticipated by customers and celebrated by staff for its game-changing qualities. The Power-Pin pairs perfectly with nesting operations with state-of-the-art automatic drilling and dowel insertion. Its horizontal drilling component, optional vertical drilling component, and dowel insertion unit eliminate manual dowel insertion and grant time and cost savings.  

The Power-Pin can drive pre-coated and standard wooden dowels measuring 30, 35 and 40 mm long. Glue is injected into the holes before insertion with standard wooden dowels. It is suitable for work pieces at lengths of 60 mm up to 2,600 mm. It has a footprint of four meters squared.

It comes standard with Holz-Her's Campus NC-HOPS intuitive software. It has optional parametric programming, also, also known as EasySnaps. This optional feature creates parameters that control and adjust operations to achieve accuracy with negligible room for deviation.

It offers multi field processing and allows separate processes in different fields.
